TopDaybreak Dog Training is

Owned by experienced dog trainer Gemma Osmond, Daybreak Dog Training emphasizes outstanding relationships between dog and handler. Agility, obedience and other experiences shared by the human dog team are the foundation for a long and healthy life for your dog and great memories for you both.

TopHistory

The training school was set up during the summer of 2008 and is named after Ella (Kennel Club registered name Nedlo Daybreak.), Gemma’s most successful competition dog to date. Nedlo is her breeder, Lesley Olden’s affix and Gemma chose Daybreak to follow it for the new start Ella’s entry into her life represented.

It seemed appropriate to name the training school after her as Gemma embarked in a new chapter in her life, that of mother and part-time dog trainer.

TopPhilosophy

Our philosophy is simple. Dogs are a joy to live with providing their basic needs are met; that they are adequately fed, watered, sheltered, exercised and trained.

Sadly many dogs are overfed and suffer the consequences of poor health, the boredom of inadequate exercise, and the stress of owners getting cross with them for displaying doggy behaviours which they haven’t trained them to control.

We’d like to change all that. Joining one of our classes will help you to build a better relationship with your dog, which in turn will improve your lives together for the better.
